Once a year during the months of november and december at the old farm, Convento di Novole, we offer our guests the opportunity to participate in the traditional olive harvest. It is still practiced in the ancient way, by hand, and our guests follow the entire process all the way through pressing.
Then it is time to sit by the fire and enjoy the fruits of our labor.
We taste the Tuscan hill's extra virgin olive oil, have some lovely red wine and enjoy a bowl of hearty homemade chick pea soup and a plate of bruscetta.
